Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus
We are proud to be an early adopter of sharing our profits among all employees. It's the right thing to do. Each bonus depends on company profitability and individual performance.

Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) offers flexibility for employees. New employees earn three weeks throughout the course of a year. PTO is used for any reason an employee may need to take time off - mental-health day, vacation, personal illness, study time, health-care appointments, personal business, funeral, care of sick children or other family members, attendance at school functions, and religious and national holidays not included in Padilla Speer Beardsley's provided holidays.
