Finds e-card Success

Newly launched, an online firm which matches labs with excess capacity with those needing scientific testing, chose the scientific industry’s largest exhibition, Pittcon® 2000, as the venue to drive awareness and use of its scientific outsourcing e-marketplace. To break through the trade show "noise," sought help from Padilla Speer Beardsley. PSB developed an e-card promotion to grab attendees’ attention before the show, increase customer registrations, and attract member labs. The e-card promotion drew an outstanding "click-through" of 63 percent and LabSeek converted 20 percent of respondents into customers within the promotion period. LabSeek lab membership increased from 8 to 42 labs.
