To increase market awareness for TBM Consulting Group in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Brazil and Mexico, and establish the company as “the source” on manufacturing trends in each country, Padilla Speer Beardsley developed and executed a synchronous, comprehensive global public relations campaign.
PSB identified “Value Innovation, the “Chindia Factor” and “Customer Connectivity” as key issues impacting manufacturers globally and launched a widespread multi-national media campaign. Select media coverage was then leveraged on the company Web site and in other marketing materials to create greater brand awareness and credibility with influencer audiences.
In addition, PSB developed a global survey that polled mid-size to large manufacturing firms and, with its partners in the Worldcom Public Relations Group, coordinated the multi-national implementation of the survey in the five countries.
The result was 20 million media impressions globally that reached key influencer editors and created significant brand recognition. As a result of the media coverage of the survey and other related topics, top-tier manufacturing editors have sought TBM for their expertise. Lead generation has increased in each country and prospects frequently refer to having “seen a story about them.”
