MDA Consulting Group, an industrial psychology firm, is a trusted resource for helping clients select and develop executive leaders. Padilla Speer Beardsley determined that MDA could further position itself as an industry leader and extend its influence with a permission-based e-mail newsletter. PSB developed a program that included an e-newsletter and original articles to MDA’s Web site. The first two e-newsletter issues generated impressive 23 percent and 37 percent click-through rates, drove record traffic to the company’s Web site, and resulted in meetings to discuss new business with MDA. Through this new program, MDA now reaches nearly 900 existing and potential customers.
