With more than ten years of experience in business to business marketing, Amy brings extensive knowledge of branding, business development, strategic planning and public relations to Padilla Speer Beardsley. Her diverse background has led to client work in industries ranging from chemical and packaging to new energy and life sciences. Whether consulting smaller organizations or multinational companies, Amy excels at pinpointing client needs, developing growth-oriented strategies, and coordinating teams with the expertise and talent to generate results.
Amy comes to Padilla from ABI, a global marketing agency, where she served as managing director of the Americas. She was the driving force in the expansion of the firm’s global marketing programs and strategic branding initiatives, traveling North America, Europe and Asia to consult clients on brand identity, strategy and integrated marketing communication. Amy’s client experience includes Bosch Packing Technology, Eastman Chemical Company, Georgia-Pacific, Illinois Tool Works and Saint-Gobain, among others.
Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and an MBA in marketing from Baruch College in New York City. Additionally, Amy serves on the board of Smile Rescue Fund for Kids, a nonprofit that provides funding to children born with severe facial and craniofacial deformities.
