Senior Vice President, Corporate and Investor Relations, and Financial Services
During her 25-year career in corporate and investor relations, Marian has been instrumental in helping public and pre-IPO companies identify and effectively communicate with institutional investors, analysts, venture capitalists and the investing public. This delicate process requires expertise in developing strategies for the business media, analyst meetings, financial news releases, conference-call scripts and annual reports.
Marian offers significant knowledge gained through her experience with financial markets and health care companies; consumer-products manufacturers; software, technology and emerging growth companies; and financial services firms. She has counseled a variety of clients in crisis situations, as well as on the science of gaining visibility in the financial, business and trade communities.
Marian holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marquette University. She is a member of the Senior Roundtable of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), and was president of the Twin Cities NIRI chapter. Marian also is a strategic partner with the Financial Executives International Twin Cities chapter, and regularly speaks to groups on investor-relations trends and issues.

Formerly, Marian served on the board of directors of Second Harvest Heartland. She is a past recipient of the Distinguished Volunteer Leadership Award from the March of Dimes.
