Director of Digital Strategy and Implementation
Lara oversees strategy and implementation of digital media tools, including advertising, social media, mobile development and online video integration for Padilla's clients. Lara has a deep understanding of digital strategy, marketing technology, CRM, analytics, social media platforms and user-interface design.
In addition, Lara works with the Padilla research team to uncover industry trends and insight, and recommends how to apply it to innovative communications solutions that drive business results.
Prior to joining Padilla, Lara worked at several large agencies, including BBDO/Proximity and Carmichael Lynch where her clients have included Target, Best Buy, Honeywell, Hormel, CITGO, H&R Block, Aviva Insurance, Deluxe, Cargill and Medtronic.
Lara received her bachelor's degree from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
