Influencing customer perceptions and building brand loyalty are two of Dave's key priorities when helping clients impact their marketplace. His keen ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing strategies has been sharpened by nearly 20 years of experience with many of America's most recognized brands, including Best Buy, BlueCross BlueShield, Caterpillar, Glastron Boats, Fujitsu, Harley-Davidson, Hormel and Levi's.
As Padilla Speer Beardsley's executive creative director, Dave leads a talented group of individuals who create advertising, design, web and social media initiatives, point-of-sale and video – whether as integrated campaigns or stand-alone projects.
Prior to joining Padilla, Dave owned his own independent consultancy where he served a small number of clients and consulted for a few larger agencies. Previously, he served as creative director for Group One advertising and Bozell Kamstra, and as a senior art director for Carmichael Lynch and Colle McVoy.
Dave studied graphic design at St. Paul College and advertising design at the School of Associated Arts.
