Professional Development Program

PSB fully supports the continuing education of employees. After six months of service, all employees receive a budget of professional development funds. This money can be used to pay for books, seminars, conferences and college courses that will help you become more knowledgeable and advance in your career.

In-house Training

We offer an array of in-house classes specifically designed to refresh and expand employees’ professional skills and capabilities. Each class is taught by a seasoned public relations professional.

Professional Organizations

PSB strongly encourages employees to participate in professional organizations, providing financial assistance for annual dues and membership fees. The majority of public relations practitioners at PSB are accredited members of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and/or the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
