Diane Rose Vice President

Diane joined PSB in 1989 with eight years of newspaper reporting experience, more than two of which were spent covering the health care and medical device industries for Minneapolis-St. Paul CityBusiness. She brings an added strategic and media relations dimension to the firm's health care and investor relations communications practices. At PSB, Diane has worked extensively as an investor relations and corporate communications writer, project manager and consultant. Much of her work has focused on annual reports, disclosure, acquisition announcements, and crisis counsel. She also has done marketing communications, media relations and strategic planning work for many organizations. Among her clients are St. Jude Medical, Fingerhut, Express Scripts/ValueRx, Possis Medical, Gala Gen and Lands' End. During 1996, Diane gained additional experience as a corporate communications manager for Medtronic, Inc., the world's leading pacemaker manufacturer, before returning to PSB. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1981, earning a bachelor of arts degree. Diane majored in journalism and English and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Diane has been an active member, committee chair and board member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
