Mike Greece

A seasoned public relations practitioner and senior counselor, Mike heads the New York office of Padilla Speer Beardsley. His thought leadership, media savvy, innovation and creativity have consistently brought significant value to client enterprises, garnering national press attention and numerous industry awards.

Prior to joining Padilla Speer Beardsley, Mike held senior positions at Manning Selvage and Lee and other notable New York City agencies. With more than 25 years in public relations, he has guided successful corporate, marketing communications and financial relations programs for a broad array of companies, including Western Union, General Electric Power Systems, MetLife, Yankelovich Partners, TBM Consulting Group, American Arbitration Association, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Starter Sportswear and Grumman Aerospace.

Mike is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), and a member of its Counselors Academy. He received his bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and worked on global assignments such as the European and American introduction of the F-16 aircraft. He also holds a master's degree in mass communications from the University of Denver.

Mike's bylined articles on public relations and marketing communications have appeared in the PR Strategist, PR Tactics, PR Week and PR Intelligence Report. He has served as an adjunct professor of public relations, journalism and advertising at Fordham University, Hofstra University and the College of Mount St. Vincent, and is a frequent lecturer on PR and marketing. He was awarded PRSA's 2001 Phillip Dorf Award for Mentoring and led the PSB New York office in winning IABC/NY's 2004 and 2005 "Publicity Team of the Year" awards (agency category).
