Director/VP of Human Resources and Administration
We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to join our fast- paced, integrated communications firm. We are an ESOP -- 100 percent owned by our 115+ employees -- and have a strong, positive culture that minimizes hierarchy and maximizes professional growth and client service.
This position is responsible for all areas of Human Resources and Administration in the firm's Minneapolis headquarters office and its New York office. The Director/VP will report to CEO, will have a strong working relationship with CFO, will be part of the senior management team, and will be an advisor to our practice leaders.
Our preferred candidate will have a minimum of 10-12 years of direct human resources experience, ideally with a 200-300 person organization in the professional services or public relations/advertising sectors. He/she will oversee and execute multiple HR initiatives including on-going recruitment; annual compensation guidelines and review; organizational development, talent management and succession planning; employee feedback and engagement strategies; employee orientation/on-boarding; and employee benefits and policies.
Our preferred candidate also is a well-organized and self-directed team player with a strategic orientation as well as sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. Director of Research and Insights, Minneapolis
Padilla Speer Beardsley, an integrated communications firm based in Minneapolis with an office in New York, is seeking an experienced research director to lead our in-house research team.
Candidates must have:

Expertise in market research, opinion research and/or account planning.

To apply for our Senior Digital Marketer position, you'll need three to five years of professional experience in planning and doing the heavy lifting for online campaigns and advanced skills in paid campaigns for social networks. Agency survival skills are preferred.
